general FAQ

What is your on time delivery rate?   We all know how dificult it is to provide on time delivery every time but i would say it is around 90% with most of the late deliveries related to weather or equipent.

What about insurance?   All of our partner cariers are required to carry public liability insurance,  workman's comp, and cargo insurance

How do you handle claims  ?  We will file a claim on your behalf with the carriers insurance Company. The BOL would have to be signed showing the damage or shortage and the value declared prior to loading. Any values not declared are based upon $ 0.02 per pound (Industry standard). With a freight claim the carrier must have the opportunity to salvage the freight or there is no claim.
