One-Step Metal Surface Preparation  a metal surface cleaner, rust remover, 100% rust converter, rust inhibitor, and protective coating (conversion coating). It removes mill oil, dust, surface rust, and white rust, while providing a conversion coating in 1 treatment

WE offer two environmentally safe convenient products for metal prep requirements:

A) Picklex® Pre-treatment/Pickling grade: This grade is used in spraybooth or dipping process, in maximum 4-step process. Replaces phosphate & chromate system. Also it replaces acid de-scaling/pickling through phosphating or rust inhibitor in one step. B) Picklex® 20 One-Step Metal Prep.: Used in one step spraying/brushing process without any rinsing. Prepares both ferrous & non-ferrous metal surface (including galvanized steel & stainless steel) completely for long term indoor rust protection, welding and finishing (such as, priming, painting, powder coating etc.).SEE PICKLEX 20 FOR APPLICATIONS AND SUMMARY

Performs multiple jobs (eliminates 8 chemical's job) in One-Step

• Cleans light mill oil, dust, surface rust/flash rust remover (removes flash rust in less than 15 seconds by spraying/brushing and also removes heavy rust by dipping without etching the metal surface)
• Rust inhibitor: Provides conversion/protective coating for very long-term indoor rust prevention (in terms of years)
• Rust converter: Converts 100% rust and scale on the metal surface to a conductive conversion coating, ready for welding & finishing
• Sealer: It seals from moisture/humidity and stops further oxidation
• Welding/Anti-spatter compound: No weld spatter forms. Increases weld strength considerably. Spraying on the weld provides a very long term rust protection for the weld
• Pre-treatment chemical: Provides complete surface preparation/pre-treatment for subsequent operations, such as : welding, priming, liquid painting, powder coating, e-coating etc.
• Provides excellent bonding and corrosion resistance (much longer paint life)
• De-Scaler: De-scales, coats & seals hot rolled steel with mill scale or heat treat scale in one-step
